Sit Means Sit Austin is proud to offer the American Kennel Club’s (AKC) Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test. What is a CGC test from the AKC? According to their website, “The CGC Program is designed to reward dogs who have good manners at home and in the community. The Canine Good Citizen Program is a two-part program that stresses responsible pet ownership for owners and basic good manners for dogs. All dogs who pass the 10-step CGC test may receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club.”
As a Sit Means Sit client, your pup is expected to pass the Good Citizen Canine test with ease. Why not give your pooch the recognition they deserve? Sit Means Sit offers testing for $20 for clients and $25 for non-clients.
Testing is only given once per quarter, so please inquire for scheduling.

- Certificate and testing materials are sent through the American Kennel Club.
