In most cases, no. Group classes are included as part of your program because they are beneficial to your overall success. You are not obligated to attend, but any group classes not completed before the expiration date will be forfeited.

If there is an unexpected circumstance, such as moving out of state for a new job, please reach out to our office and we will work with you to make the best use of classes remaining or potentially seeing about transferring the remaining group to a new Sit Means Sit location.
